    This moderated session will bring Ministers of Health, Agriculture and Environment to discuss high-level political and strategic issues across the One Health spectrum in an interactive manner both from the podium and the audience. Three minutes of verbal intervention or statement is expected from each participating minister reflecting on achievements since the 2016 UNGA political declaration and harvesting the lessons that can be harvested for the 2024 UNGA HLM on AMR.

  • Parallel Sessions: These concurrent sessions will discuss critical issues that are important for the global response against AMR to generate key actions and approaches to advance the response across the specific sectors and the one health spectrum with the engagement of governments, civil society, and the private sector. The outcomes and the action points of each session will be presented to a ministerial plenary on the second day of the meeting and will also inform the discussions towards specific and bold commitments for the 2024 UNGA HLM on AMR.
